The graphics have always been the most important aspect of sports simulation games, together with its gameplay, as they are the two pillars that guarantee a realistic, immersive, and fun gaming experience. Since the ’80s, developers have been improving the graphics of sports games, going from having simple 8-bit graphics or 64-bit polygons to having faithfully recreated faces of the best players in the world, to the point that it is impossible not to recognize them in the naked eye. The next generation of consoles is standard 4K resolution, so EA Sports will take advantage of the power of PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X for FIFA 21 to take a leap in a graphic quality never before seen in the franchise. In recent days, EA Sports has revealed images of FIFA 21 starring Joao Félix, Trent Alexander-Arnold, and Kylian Mbappé, which focus on showing the substantial graphic improvements of the next-gen version of the title, detailing even the smallest aspect of the appearance of the players’ faces and kits. The first photo we will show you is that of Joao Félix, the rising star of Atlético de Madrid who had a spectacular start of the season thanks to Diego Simeone. The Portuguese has 5 goals in La Liga Santander and is one of the most promising young players today.
The second photo we bring you is of Trent Alexander-Arnold, Liverpool right back and considered the best in his position by many experts in this sport. Alexander-Arnold has become England’s starting right-back at his young age and a cornerstone of the Premier League champion. Here the photo:
The third photo that has been revealed by EA Sports is Kylian Mbappé. The world champion with France in the FIFA World Cup Russia 2018 has very great qualities and is the player destined to be the best after the two legends Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi retire. Right now, Mbappé is one of the fastest players in the world, which is why he is highly coveted in the FIFA Ultimate Team transfer market, being practically impossible to acquire if you do not buy FIFA Coins first, due to its high cost. However, EA Sports has not yet detailed the gameplay improvements that FIFA 21 will have in its new generation version, although it is expected that they will not be too many since this year it will serve as a transition between generations and they must ensure the good performance of the title in both generations before making the most of the new one. FIFA 21 is now available worldwide on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The FIFA 21 release date for next-gen consoles PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S is December 4, 2020. Also, EA Sports activated the free update option for the players that bought FIFA 21 on PS4 or Xbox One to permit them to download the next-gen version of the game at no cost. You just have to link your account with the store of your console, search the game and start downloading it.
